• Customized tour packages throughout Morocco
• Accommodation bookings in hotels, riads, and desert camps
• Transportation arrangements including private drivers and rental cars

• Culinary experiences and cooking classes
• Desert excursions and camel treks
• Mountain trekking and outdoor adventures

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Booking Process

To book our services, you must:

1. Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
2. Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
3. Pay the required deposit or full payment as specified
4. Agree to these Terms of Service

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• We have received the required payment
• We have sent you a written confirmation email

Booking Modifications

Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Requests for modifications must be made in writing.

Payment Schedule

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due 45 days before your travel date
• For bookings made less than 45 days before travel, full payment is required at the time of booking

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) and include taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in supplier costs, or government-imposed taxes or fees.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified during the booking process. All transactions are processed securely.

• More than 45 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 30-45 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Some services may have different cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure

Jouala is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, war, government regulations, terrorism, disaster, strikes, or any other emergency beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your planned departure date from Morocco
• Any required visas for entry into Morocco
• Any required vaccinations or health documents
• Travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability

Jouala is not responsible for any denial of entry or transit due to improper documentation.

Jouala is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by:

• The fault or negligence of any third-party suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.)
• Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God
• Government actions, strikes, or civil unrest
• Your failure to follow instructions or travel advice

Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices in Morocco
• Follow instructions from our guides and representatives
• Not engage in any illegal or disruptive behavior
• Not cause damage to property or harm to other travelers

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jouala or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
