Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for most of our tours. Typically, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before travel), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Between 15-30 days, we refund 50% of the total cost. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from all major airports in Morocco. This service is included in many of our tour packages, or can be added as an optional extra. Our drivers will meet you at the airport with a sign bearing your name for easy identification.
